Project description
Works for activity expansion consisting of two industrial buildings construction, inside an industrial enclosure whose main activity corresponds to “Waste recovery”.
The first warehouse, of 900m² built on the ground floor, is constructed with a metallic structure, and lacks facade enclosures. It is built as a complement to the existing RAEE treatment plant.
The second warehouse, of 1,750m² built on the ground floor, is made of a metal structure with sandwich panel type enclosures. It is built to house processing machinery for the treatment of RAEE.
Other actions carried out on the same plot include the following:
– Installation of prefabricated cabins for toilets, changing rooms, offices and staff rooms.
– Installation of weighing scales and gantry detectors.
– Installation of underground hydrocarbon separator.
– Relocation of fire water tank and pump room.
– Works for plot development.
