PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Isolated industrial building with pre-stressed concrete structure and enclosures and TPO roof, equipped with 20 loading and unloading bays for lorries.
The warehouse, designed to meet High-8 fire risk standards, is constructed to be leased to a logistics company. Consists of 9.700m² constructed area, divided into a ground floor of 8.250m² and two mezzanine floors for offices with a total of 1.450m².
It is equipped with an automatic fire detection system, smoke evacuation system, overhead fire water tank and pumping unit, sprinklers, BIE’s and external hydrants.
