PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Isolated industrial building with pre-stressed concrete structure and enclosures and sandwich panel type roof, equipped with a pit for loading and unloading lorries.
The warehouse, prepared for fire risk Medium-5, is built for industry dedicated to electrical material storage and distribution. Consists of 3.960m² constructed, distributed in ground floor of 3.200m² and two mezzanine floors for offices with a total of 760m².
It is equipped with automatic fire detection system, smoke evacuation system, aerial fire water tank and pumping group, sprinklers and BIE’s..
