PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Isolated industrial building with pre-stressed concrete structure and enclosures and TPO roof, equipped with two loading and unloading docks for lorries.
The warehouse, prepared for fire risk Medium-5, is built for rental operation and consists of 3,350m² constructed area, divided into a ground floor of 2,800m² and two mezzanine floors for offices with a total of 550m².
It is equipped with an automatic fire detection system, smoke evacuation system, underground fire water tank and pumping unit, sprinklers, BIE’s and external hydrants.
