PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Isolated industrial building with pre-stressed concrete structure and enclosures and TPO roof. The warehouse, type C according to Royal Decree 2267/2004, is structurally prepared to be transformed into 4 independent type B facilities. Each of these 4 facilities has loading-unloading docks for lorries inside. The warehouse is prepared for High-8 fire risk and consists of 11,000m², divided into a ground floor of 7,800m², first and second floors for offices and common areas of 2,500m² and 700m² respectively.
It is equipped with an automatic fire detection system, smoke evacuation system, underground fire water tank and pumping group, sprinklers, BIE’s and hydrants.
The roof has been equipped with two photovoltaic solar energy installations, one for self-consumption and another 400Kw for sale energy to the grid.
The promoter will develop its business in the logistics sector.
