PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Isolated industrial building with pre-stressed concrete structure and enclosures and TPO roof, equipped with 6 loading-unloading bays for lorries.
The warehouse, prepared for High-8 fire risk, is built for rental operation and consists of 7,000m² built area, divided into a ground floor of 6,350m² and a mezzanine floor for offices with a total of 650m².
It is equipped with an automatic fire detection system, smoke evacuation system, underground fire water tank and pumping unit, sprinklers, BIE’s and external hydrants.
The building is equipped with its own transformer station.
