Project description
Isolated industrial building with pre-stressed concrete structure and enclosures and TPO roof, with loading and unloading bay for lorries on the side.
The warehouse, prepared for High-8 fire risk, is built for an industry dedicated to the wholesale commercialisation of fabrics for manufacturers of solar protection elements such as canopies, parasols, pergolas, etc… It consists of 1.470m² constructed, distributed in a ground floor of 1.180m² and two mezzanine floors destined for offices with a total of 290m².
The storage area consists of two fire sectors for High-8 risk and is equipped with an automatic fire detection system, smoke evacuation system and BIEs.
