Project description
Isolated industrial building with a pres-tressed concrete structure and enclosures, TPO roofing, equipped with a loading and unloading dock for trucks on the side.
The building, designed for High-8 fire risk, is constructed for an industry dedicated to the wholesale distribution of fabrics for manufacturers of sun protection elements such as awnings, parasols, pergolas, and more.
It consists of 1,470m² of built space, distributed across a ground floor of 1,180m² and two mezzanine floors designated for offices, totaling 290m².
The storage area consists of two fire sectors designed for High-8 fire risk and is equipped with an automatic fire detection system, a smoke ventilation system, and fire hose reels (BIEs).
