PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Industrial building between dividing walls consisting of 3 A-type facilities in accordance with Royal Decree 2267/2004. The structure and envelopes are made of pre-stressed concrete and TPO roofing.
Each of the 3 facilities, of 440m², 470m² and 700m² constructed, has a mezzanine floor to house offices. They will also have sectional doors for loading and unloading operations inside.
The building is structurally prepared to house medium-5 fire risk activities and is equipped with an automatic fire detection system and BIEs.
It is built for rental operation to house 1, 2 or 3 different activities.
